A purpose built horse property, Melrose is an easy 60 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD. It is central to all that is 'horsey' in the Victorian North Eastern Region.

- Quality improved pasture all year round.
- Shelters to most paddocks, housing 2 - 4 horses.
- Shared or private paddocks.
- Automatic mains water troughs/ample water.
- Hot & cold wash bay.
- Day yards (available on first-in basis).
- Ample float & vehicle parking.
- All weather Olympic sand/sawdust arena.
- All weather 20 metre round yard.
- Horse playground.
- 10 acres of river flats with river frontage.
- Fully self contained luxury cottage offering shared accomodation for 4 - 6 people. Facilities include full kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms plus bed sofa, bathroom, air conditioning, electric blankets, large plasma TV, DVD/CD player, Foxtel.
- Additional accommodation available for up to 4 people in the main house with shared ensuite and TV facilities (some conditions apply).

and clinic facilities to horses and their humans.
Bookings & Rates
Rates are per day/night and per horse/human combination unless otherwise stated.
Clinic Accommodation:
$150 per night per horse/human combination
2nd and subsequent nights $120
All prices inclusive of GST.
Please note: Dietary needs catered for upon request may incur additional fees. Discounts availalbe for persons willing to share sleeping arrangements.
Overnight Horse Accom: $20 per horse per night.
Includes horse accommodation as listed and supervision in your absence.
