We bumped into Carly whilst holidaying in Anglesea, she told she had a few problems with her Quarter Horse, Wally. We arranged to go and have a few lessons with Carly and by that stage things had progressed for the worse. Wally wouldn't even go on a float for Carly. As shown here in the video, Jason spent around 5-10 minutes doing ground work and Walla! Wally went on the float.
We gave Carly a plan on what she needed to do and she has since contacted us to say she can put Wally on, leave the door open and him untied and go inside and have a cup of tea and Wally stays on the float all by himself.
A great ending to a common problem.
